For more adventure, if you want to discover the Maurienne, it's possibe to visit other ski resorts either ON or OFF-piste along the valley.

The HMV ski pass allows you to discover 5 other ski resorts in the Maurienne valley : Aussois, La Norma, Val Cenis, Termignon, Bonneval sur Arc and Valfrejus, these resorts offer their  whole ski area with one unique ski pass.

 

Leaving Vafrejus, 1h transport, maximum, (for Bonneval sur Arc) less for other resorts, discover five completely different ski areas that have joined the HMV partnership in Haute Maurienne.

 Being guided by your ski instructor, helps you gain time on descovering the best spots either on or off piste, whilst visiting a different ski resort.

 A level of 'class 2' is required to go on these outings, idealy this is perfect for friends or family who are used to skiing as a group.

 For Off piste discovery outings, groups are limited to 5 pers. maximum.

 For On piste discovery outings, the amount of people in the group can be more.

 Free shuttle bus services are organised from Vafrejus, or you can use your personal transport if you prefer to have more flexibility on time tables.

 

You can also discover the biggest ski area in the world:  THREE VALLEYS, with acces from the cablecar of Orelle.

 Either by taxi or your personel transport (aprox. 20 min), suplement cost for ski pass Val Thorens, Vallée de Beleville or Trois Vallées.
